BABY ITS COLD OUTSIDE- BLOGMAS

Ya'll,
It's freaking cold. My toes are cold, my legs ache and I can't feel my butt.
When it is that cold, its almost like we should have some snow to count for it! Nooooope, none yet!

This last weekend we had so much fun running around working! We had a lot of people to visit and things to get done, but we at least all got to do it together! A big Milestone for Miss Pumpkin, she saw her first Christmas tree and oh are we in trouble!

Friday night was absolutely perfect! We had a church Christmas party to go to and ended up stopping by the grocery store for dinner and movie snacks. It was seriously the perfect night. We all ate dinner cuddle up on the couch and watched the Polar Express! We love the polar express, it just adds to the Christmas magic and it is a movie Maverick can actually watch to the end! Getting to relax, eat junk food and feel the Christmas spirit was exactly what we needed!

Saturday we were able to go visit a few customers and grab some lunch. What I think a lot of people don't understand, or get about us is we work all the time! Spence and I are always doing something and we never have a lot of time to do nothing. Even though Summer time is the busiest time of the year for us, we still have got a lot going on and a lot of the time we spend family time running errands and cramming in little trips to the gym. This Saturday however, we finished running around early, grabbed some Cafe Rio and were able to sneak in nap time before the Christmas Party that night!

Later that night we got to go to one of Spencer's customers Christmas Party and it was so much fun! They had some dang good food, teriyaki chicken, rice, fried mac and cheese and salad. SO GOOD. The band played all the good oldies, I am talking Hank Williams Jr! We love the good ole' country, its better for the soul. Maverick had the best time dancing the night away and we all had fun watching him!

The next day Spencer was pretty sick still from the virus he had earlier that week and we had lots of work that needed to get done and a birthday party an hour away. The day started out looking like it was going to be crazy, but it ended up working out. We ran our errands and picked up a few things from the store. Later, we had so much fun celebrating our friend and letting Maverick play with the kids and hanging out with the goats. About the time the party was ending, Spence and I were exhausted and still had some more work to get done. Sundays all seem like a long day, we are always somehow able to get everything done that needs to be done.

As far as me staying on track with my nutrition...I DID NOT. Hot Cheetos, the fat Reeces peanut butter cups, popcorn, pop, shakes, licorice and hot tamales were calling my name all weekend long! I made sure to keep water throughout my system though which, heyyyy... THAT IS A WIN! Once Monday Rolled around I got right back in it again. What I ate over the weekend, will not define how my week is going to go! Got my water in, stayed on track with food and did an Insanity workout, plus my ab challenge! It was a good day.

Let the Magic of Christmas and goodies keep on, keeping on!!!
